Halina is a professional artist and art educator. She was born in Poland where she received her master degree in Fine Art and Art Education from Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun.  She immigrated to Canada and in 1999 completed the prestigious New Media Design post-grad program at Sheridan College.

For almost a decade she operated an art school in Port Credit, Ontario, before moving to California in 2015. She now lives and works in the beautiful Santa Ynez Valley and she is teaching art at Art First Studio.

Halina specializes primarily in oil and acrylic painting.

Her paintings can be found in private collections in Canada, the United States, Germany, Poland, Russia and Australia.
